How a project runs.
Plain-English terms so both sides know what to expect. These are a summary of what goes in your written scope, which is the document that counts.
Scope in writing
Before any work starts we agree the number of pages, what's on each, and any integrations. Pricing for additional functionality and integrations is only given after consultation and research. Anything added later is a priced change request, agreed before it's built.
Paid up front
The full build price is paid before work starts. Payment reserves your slot and starts the build. Card, Apple Pay and international payments accepted.
Change your mind? 50% refund
If you decide not to go ahead while the build is still in progress, we refund 50% of the build price. Once the build is complete and ready for handover or launch, the full price is retained for work completed. The $199 mockup fee is non-refundable, since the work is delivered up front.
Two rounds of revisions
A round is one consolidated batch of feedback. Two are included. Further rounds are billed hourly and agreed first.
Content is yours to supply
Text, photos, logos and platform logins come from you. The timeline starts when all content is received. Projects with no content for 30 days are paused and rescheduled.
Integrations confirmed first
Booking, payment and calendar platforms are checked during intake, before you pay. If a platform can't be embedded, the site links prominently to your existing booking page instead.
Ownership
You own your domain name and your content. On the care plan we host the site and its code. On handover it moves to your preferred platform: $99 for a straight transfer, or $500 with a recorded training walkthrough and 30 days of email support.
Backups after handover
Once a site is handed over, backups are your responsibility. We do not retain a copy or provide any backup or recovery service. If the code is deleted or corrupted on your side it may be unrecoverable. Sites on the care plan are version controlled by us and can be rolled back instantly.
Care plan
$99 a month covers hosting, monitoring, security patching, version control with instant rollback, and up to three small content changes a month. New pages or features are quoted. Cancel any time on 30 days' notice, during which we move the code to your preferred platform.
Mockup credit
Mockups work like a trial. The $199 website mockup fee is credited against a build started within 90 days. The fee itself is not refundable.
